Position: Medical Specialist I - Allergy/ENT-Minneapolis North

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop strategies and execute tactics within key accounts in Allergy/Immunology and ENT therapeutic areas to drive product utilization
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues and other teams to address customer needs effectively
  • Analyze market dynamics and trends to support brand and corporate objectives
  • Participate in industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology and/or ENT market
  • Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance in complex markets
  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications
  • Experience in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology
  • Strong understanding of diverse customer segments and complex sales environments
  • Demonstrated competitive spirit and resilience in sales approaches
  • Passion for science and proactive learning related to disease states and treatment options
