The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow a select portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, with a dedicated focus on the healthcare industry. This role emphasizes deep account strategy, solution expansion, and trusted executive relationships. You'll collaborate with leading OEM partners and internal solution teams to deliver advanced technology ecosystems—spanning data capture, networking infrastructure, mobility, and managed/professional services—that enable digital transformation across complex environments.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare accounts, focusing on long-term strategy and deep customer partnerships across healthcare and other major industries.
- Expand Levata's full technology portfolio—including hardware, software, networking, RFID, and managed/professional services—within hospitals, health care systems and post-acute care providers.
- Engage directly with C-level and senior executives (CIO, CTO, COO, CMIO) to align technology solutions with organizational goals such as patient safety, operational performance, and data accuracy.
- Drive consultative sales conversations that connect technology to measurable business outcomes, such as cost optimization, workflow automation, and improved visibility.
- Collaborate with OEMs and technology vendors to develop co-selling opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM utilization.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and procurement processes across IT, operations, and finance.
- Stay informed on healthcare IT regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to digital infrastructure, RFID, and data capture.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with proven success managing strategic or Fortune 500 accounts.
- Strong track record selling to healthcare organizations (health systems, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare suppliers) or similar complex enterprise environments.
- Experience selling integrated technology solutions—including networking, mobility, RFID, or managed services.
- Ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders across IT, operations, and clinical departments.
- Familiarity with AIDC (Automatic Identification & Data Capture) and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Background working with or alongside OEMs, VARs, or channel partners.
- Consultative selling expertise with the ability to manage complex, long-term sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
