24 Contracting, Inc. is looking for friendly, motivated, and dependable Canvassers to join our growing team in the Minneapolis Metro Area.

As a Canvasser, you'll visit assigned neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, introduce them to our exterior remodeling services, and identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more about roofing, siding, or windows.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and developing valuable communication and sales skills.

No previous sales experience is required. Training is provided.

Visit assigned residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.

Introduce Pro
24 Contracting and explain our exterior remodeling services.

Ask questions to understand homeowners' needs and interest in potential projects.

Identify homeowners who may benefit from a property inspection or consultation.

Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives.

Accurately record leads, appointments, and daily activity using company tools.

Communicate appointment details to the appropriate Sales Representative or Sales Manager.

Represent Pro
24 Contracting professionally in the community.

Follow company safety procedures and applicable local canvassing requirements.

Participate in team meetings, check-ins, and territory planning as needed.

This is an active, outdoor position that involves walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

We're looking for individuals who are comfortable starting conversations and enjoy working with people.

You should be:

Friendly and confident when speaking with new people.

Comfortable with door-to-door, face-to-face interaction.

Reliable and dependable.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Organized and comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app.

Professional when representing the company.

Open to coaching and willing to learn.

Comfortable working outdoors and walking residential neighborhoods.

Previous experience is helpful but not required

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Appointment setting

Outside sales

Home improvement or construction

CRM or sales technology

Must be 18 years of age or older

Reliable transportation to assigned territories.

Smartphone required for communication and lead tracking.

Ability to work outdoors and walk residential neighborhoods.

Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person.

Ability to follow company safety guidelines and local canvassing requirements.

This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity

Paid per qualified appointment that is set and meets company requirements.

Earnings are based on individual performance and results.

Actual earnings vary based on the number and quality of qualified appointments generated.

You'll receive training to help you become comfortable with the role, including:

Sales and communication techniques.

Appointment-setting strategies.

Conversation starters and objection handling.

Basic roofing and exterior remodeling knowledge.

Field expectations and safety procedures.

High-performing Canvassers may have the opportunity to advance into Sales Representative positions and take on additional responsibilities.

This is a part-time, flexible field position
.

Canvassing is primarily conducted during daytime and early evening hours
, including weekdays and weekends. Your schedule will be coordinated around territory needs and customer availability.
