Inside Sales Representative

Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support sales efforts for a global enterprise-focused team. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can combine relationship-building with strong planning, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting skills to help create a more effective approach to business development. The person in this role will engage prospective clients in meaningful conversations, identify promising opportunities, and coordinate introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, nurture, and advance high-potential leads by using account-based marketing methods to connect with enterprise prospects worldwide.

- Build credibility with decision-makers through thoughtful outreach, relevant communication, and consistent follow-up that moves opportunities forward.

- Arrange introductory discussions and product demonstrations for direct sales team members by assessing interest and confirming business fit.

- Partner closely with field sales teams to shape and carry out targeted sales development plans for key accounts.

- Lead consultative, value-focused conversations that uncover prospect needs and position solutions effectively.

- Support business planning activities by contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and modeling efforts that improve sales execution.

- Track outreach activity and results while working toward weekly and monthly goals for calls, meetings, pipeline growth, and overall performance.

Requirements - Proven experience in inside sales, sales development, lead generation, or a related client-facing sales role.

- Strong ability to qualify leads, build rapport quickly, and maintain productive relationships with prospective customers.

- Experience using account-based marketing or account-focused outreach strategies in a sales environment.

- Solid understanding of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling concepts that support sales performance.

- Confidence in presenting value propositions and securing meetings or demonstrations with business stakeholders.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with direct sales and field sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-up activities and meet monthly performance targets. Talent Match®
