My client is hiring an Account Manager who will be responsible for driving territory growth across a specialty portfolio spanning Oncology, Retina, and Immunology, while managing key health systems, IDNs, specialty clinics, and community accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Drive territory growth and achieve sales objectives across specialty accounts
- Manage relationships with healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers across institutional and community accounts
- Drive growth across oncology, immunology, and retina
- Navigate buy-and-bill, reimbursement, formulary/access, and account economics.
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience
- Retina/Immunology/oncology experience is a plus
- Understanding of institutional account management in buy-and-bill environments
- Knowledge or reimbursement, and formulary processes
- Established relationships throughout the territory
- Strong track record of success
