Inside Sales Representative – Architectural Products

We’re looking for an ambitious, coachable, and organized person to help customers bring custom architectural metalwork projects to life. You’ll receive structured product onboarding, Sandler sales training, and mentorship, with opportunities to grow into senior sales and leadership roles.

This opportunity is well suited to someone entering sales or developing their early sales career who enjoys working with people, learning about design, and helping customers make confident decisions.

Copper Smith creates architectural metalwork for the designed home. Our products include custom range hoods, sinks, bathtubs, furniture, and outdoor pieces.

We work with homeowners and trade professionals to turn their design ideas into clearly specified products, guiding decisions around materials, finishes, dimensions, and architectural details.

• Connect with customers through phone, email, and video to understand their needs and guide their projects.
• Help customers select materials, finishes, proportions, and details that complement their space.
• Make clear recommendations and simplify the product selection process.
• Prepare and manage routine quotes and sales transactions.
• Explain the ordering process, approvals, timing, and next steps.
• Follow up consistently with active prospects and reengage older opportunities.
• Conduct targeted prospecting to develop new business.
• Support trade partners and repeat customers through ongoing follow-up and project coordination.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep your sales pipeline organized.
• Partner with the Senior Metalwork Project Specialist on complex, strategic, or high-value opportunities.
• Complete Sandler sales training and Copper Smith’s product, material, design, and process onboarding.

• Annual base salary: $60,000, with final base salary confirmed before offer.
• Commission: 0.5% of commissionable sales within your assigned region.
• Estimated annual commission: $11,000–$16,000.
• Estimated annual earnings: $71,000–$76,000.
• Actual commission earnings vary based on commissionable regional sales.
