beem® Light Sauna offers state-of-the-art light therapy solutions, including infrared saunas, chromotherapy, and red light therapy, designed to support radiant, healthy living. This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Salesperson will welcome clients, explain beem® Light Sauna’s services and light therapy solutions, and guide guests through membership options, packages, and promotions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in guests, responding to inquiries, conducting product and service demonstrations, and closing sales in-person. The role also involves managing bookings, maintaining accurate point-of-sale and customer records, and supporting basic studio upkeep to ensure a clean, comfortable environment.

The Salesperson will collaborate with team members, track personal and location sales goals, and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about wellness benefits and new offerings.

• Sales and customer service skills, including experience engaging clients, identifying needs, and closing sales in a retail or wellness environment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products clearly, build rapport, and create a welcoming, professional client experience.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple appointments, walk-ins, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn scheduling and CRM tools.
• Interest in wellness, light therapy, or spa/fitness services, and willingness to learn about infrared saunas, chromotherapy, and red light therapy.
• Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in retail, spa, fitness, or hospitality sales is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or health and wellness is a plus.
