Kwikly Dental Staffing is growing our Talent Recruiting team!

The Talent Enrollment Specialist focuses on building relationships with dental professionals and helping them explore opportunities for more consistent, reliable work through Kwikly. While temporary staffing gives professionals the flexibility to choose when and where they work, this role introduces additional opportunities for those interested in greater consistency, longer-term work, and access to benefits.

In addition to supporting professional enrollment, this role works closely with our Permanent Hire Specialist to identify and connect qualified dental professionals with other permanent placement opportunities available through Kwikly. The Talent Enrollment Specialist takes ownership of the professional experience from initial interest through enrollment, helping candidates understand their options, navigate eligibility requirements, and determine whether an available opportunity aligns with their career goals and work preferences.

This role requires someone who is personable, organized, and confident in leading conversations.

This role is a hybrid role 3 days a week at our Minneapolis HQ. In-state applicants only

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and connect with dental professionals who may be interested in more consistent work opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, text messages, email, and networking platforms.
  • Source candidates through existing Kwikly professional networks, internal lead lists, Linked In, dental hygiene groups, professional associations, and other recruiting channels.
  • Understand each professional's career goals, availability, desired work schedule, geographic preferences, and expectations.
  • Educate professionals on available program opportunities, general eligibility requirements, and potential benefits.
  • Evaluate whether each professional is a strong fit based on experience, reliability, availability, flexibility, and interest in consistent work.
  • Confirm sufficient shift opportunities exist within a professional's preferred geographic area before recommending an available program tier.
  • Present appropriate opportunities and confidently address questions or concerns.
  • Secure verbal commitments from qualified professionals who are ready to move forward.
  • Identify and document reasons candidates do not complete enrollment or are not eligible.
  • Work closely with the Permanent Hire Specialist to identify and connect qualified professionals with available permanent placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Operations to ensure smooth enrollment, candidate handoffs, and transitions into available opportunities.
  • Track recruiting activity, verbal commitments, completed enrollments, and conversion performance.
Performance Expectations

Success in this role is measured by both consistent recruiting activity and completed program enrollments. The Enrollment Specialist is expected to maintain a strong daily outreach cadence, generate qualified candidates, and successfully convert those candidates into completed enrollments. Daily outreach expectations may evolve as the program grows and performance benchmarks are established.

Primary measures of success include:
  • Completed monthly enrollments
  • Conversion rate from verbal commitment to completed enrollment
  • Consistent outbound recruiting activity
  • Quality of candidate qualification and enrollment handoffs
  • Accurate CRM documentation and timely follow-up
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, outbound sales, business development, or a similar relationship driven role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
  • Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, identify candidate motivations, and guide candidates toward a decision.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Dentistry experience is a huge plus
Why This Role Matters

Kwikly is committed to creating opportunities that support dental professionals throughout their careers. Temporary staffing provides flexibility and access to work when professionals need it. However, some professionals are looking for something more consistent and long-term. This role helps bridge that gap. Whether helping someone find more consistent work,…
