As a Security Officer – Stadium Patrol Specialist in Minneapolis, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a hotel or resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to guests and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment.

$19.15 / Hour

Day shift – Monday 05:00 AM to 01:00 PM;
Tuesday 05:00 AM to 01:00 PM;
Wednesday 05:00 AM to 01:00 PM;
Thursday 05:00 AM to 01:00 PM;
Sunday 05:00 AM to 01:00 PM

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skills to maintain order.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including the perimeter, to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry points as directed by site-specific protocols.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established procedures and offering assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
