** Key Position Details:
*** 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)
* 8-hour day shifts
* No weekends
* Travel required
* Covers multiple Allina Health sites

* Job Description:

** Leads business engagement and provides governance for all security ground operations within area(s) of responsibility. Focuses on overall strategy for Allina’s security operations function. Develops new and improves existing department programs in collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders.  
** Principle Responsibilities
*** Leads business engagement and security operations.  + Develops key business relationships to deliver security solutions that align with site business needs.  + Facilitates and coordinates security and business continuity programs.  + Assists in the development of operational risk mitigation strategies for area of responsibility.  + Leads, develops, and supports site security operations teams.  + Presents program metrics, key achievements, areas for opportunities to department leadership, internal stakeholders and system committees.  

+ Identifies and recognizes areas of improvement to optimize site security operations.
* Other duties as assigned.  
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Business, Project Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
* 5+ years of direct leadership in the field of healthcare security, protective services, emergency services, military, law enforcement, or related field  
** Licenses/Certifications
*** FEMA
100-Intro to Incident Command System - FEMA Management institute required within 1 year of hire
* FEMA
200-ICS Single Res-Initial Action - FEMA Management institute required within 1 year of hire
* FEMA
700-Natl Inc Mgmt System-Intro - FEMA Management institute required within 1 year of hire
* Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence
* Board Certified Protection Professional by the American Society for Industrial Security International Association of Hospital Safety and Security preferred
* Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred
* Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) preferred

** Pay Range**### Pay Range: $48.29 to $66.81 per hour### The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
