We’re looking for exceptional Licensed Service Plumbers (Journeyman) who can deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experience in residential plumbing repair and installation. We want employees who want to be part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competencies and ensure the desired sales metrics.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Provide 5-Star Service
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Mentor and guide apprentices to foster their skills
• Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business

• Valid Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing license
• Friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service skills

• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & motor vehicle check
