• Provide Service & Support:
  Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
• Problem Solving:
  Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
• System Start-Ups:
  Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Customer Interaction:
  Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions.
• Adhere to Safety Standards:
  Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
• Expense Management:
  Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with Preston Refrigeration's guidelines.
• Clean Driving Record:
  Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S.
• Other Duties:
  Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy.

• Highly Skilled Technician:
  Experience with equipment installation, repair, and maintenance, and understanding how critical these services are to keeping facilities operational.
• Hands-On Problem Solver:
  Excel at diagnosing issues and implementing practical solutions that get the job done.
• Customer-Focused:
  Love working directly with customers, ensuring their equipment operates smoothly, and building positive relationships.
• Flexible & Ready to Travel:
  Although we aim to keep you as local as possible, you will be required to travel as needed, with overnight stays as necessary.
• Safety-Minded:
  Never compromise on safety and follow all reporting procedures to the letter.

• High school diploma or associate degree, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• Preferred: CIRO/CARO certifications, experience with industrial refrigeration systems, and knowledge of electrical components.
• Ability to work well independently with limited supervision.
• Effective communication skills.

Salary: $22 - $54 per hour
