Accountability:
Install and repair machines and accessories at customer sites. Provide technical information on operation or repair of machines and accessories.

Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Proactively attain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Install machines and accessories at customer sites; installation includes assembly, leveling, aligning, adjusting, calibrating and wiring.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software problems on machines and accessories at customer sites.
• Test operation of machines and accessories after completing installation or repair.
• Train customers on functions of the machines.
• Learn new machines features and accessories as they become available.
• Complete reports documenting installation, assessment of reported problems, repairs completed, parts installed.
• Travel is required; assignments may require overnight or multi‑night stays.
• Utilize various test equipment for troubleshooting purposes (indicators, test bars, clamp force gauges, etc.).
• Education/Certification:
  
  2‑year technical training in electronics, mechanical, or machine‑tool assembly.
• Experience:
  
  3‑7 years in field service.
• High school diploma.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Work independently or in a group while completing tasks.
• Understand PLC.
• Hydraulic/Pneumatic circuits.
• General computer skills.
• Lifting ability up to 50 lbs on a repetitive daily basis; heavier lifting in excess of 50 lbs periodically.
• Problem‑solving skills tailored to situations.
• Strong writing and reporting skills.
• Strong people skills.

Salary range: $70,926 to $109,025.
