Pay Rate:

• 2B or 2A License: $36.95/hour + $0.75/hour second shift differential
• First-Class A or B License: $38.95/hour + $0.75/hour second shift differential

We are currently seeking two experienced Boiler Operators / Maintenance Technicians to join our maintenance team at a high-capacity commercial laundry facility in Minneapolis, MN. These are full-time, second shift roles requiring a Minnesota 2B or higher boiler license. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in boiler operations, equipment maintenance, and general facility upkeep.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related systems in accordance with state regulations
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility machinery, mechanical systems, and infrastructure
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Work collaboratively with production and other maintenance staff to minimize downtime

• Valid Minnesota 2B or higher boiler license (First-Class A or B preferred)
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or commercial setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Willingness to work second shift and respond to occasional emergencies or overtime needs
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team
