Sota Landscaping is looking for a motivated and experienced Softscape Foreman to lead our field crews on residential and commercial landscaping projects. This hands‑on leadership position involves managing a variety of softscape tasks. The right candidate will be confident operating machinery, directing a small team, and ensuring job sites are completed to high standards—on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities- Lead landscape renovation softscape projects.
- Interpret job packets and plans to execute landscaping tasks with precision.
- Manage a small field crew and ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Operate equipment and machinery (e.g., skid steers, mini‑excavators).
- Drive and tow trailers with equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintain safety standards and cleanliness on all job sites.
- Communicate daily progress, materials needs, and challenges to leadership.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- 2–3 years of experience leading softscape installation projects.
- Proven experience leading small landscape crews.
- Ability to read job site plans and execute tasks independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and experience operating trailers/equipment.
- Self‑starter with a steady, calm, and motivated demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
