The HVAC Service Technician troubleshoots, repairs, and delivers the correct solutions for all types of equipment we service. Candidates who thrive in this role enjoy continuous skill development, are self‑motivated, open to coaching, and passionate about helping customers with their HVAC needs.

• Complete all general HVAC in‑home service and maintenance calls.
• Establish customer rapport to recommend the right products and services.
• Coordinate with dispatch, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations for completed and incomplete jobs.
• Maintain a clean, inventoried truck and keep job sites cleaner than when you arrived.

• Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of three years of residential HVAC field experience.
• NATE Certification or Comp Cards preferred but not required.
• Professional, clear, and concise communication with team members, management, and customers via phone and email.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Highly detailed, organized, and follows through on tasks.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and carries a positive attitude.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Strong multi‑tasking and problem‑solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Punctual, professional appearance, meets dress code, and ready to work daily.
• Expertism in troubleshooting and creating accurate solutions for customers.
• Reliable support for the team through excellent timeliness and attendance.

• Competitive Compensation: USD $80,000 – $200,000 per year.
