Rough Carpenter – Custom Building Team About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Rough Carpenter to bring strength, precision, and craftsmanship to our custom building projects. In this role, you’ll be hands‑on in constructing the structural framework of homes and buildings —walls, floors, and roofs—using wood and other materials. Your expertise will help shape projects that last for generations.
What You’ll DoFrame and build structural components including walls, floors, and roofs.
Execute layouts for framing and stairs with accuracy.
Collaborate with teammates to meet project goals and deadlines.
Maintain craftsmanship standards that reflect pride in your work.
3+ years of stick framing experience
.Strong framing and rough carpentry skills
.Ability to read and follow framing layouts and stair plans
.Basic hand tools and tool bags ready for daily use.
Reliable transportation for site‑to‑site work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Locations: Site‑to‑site work across the West metro (Chaska, Victoria, St. Paul, Minnetonka).
Consistency: Long‑term projects ensure steady employment and stability.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
