Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area is hiring full-time Experienced Finish (Interior Trim) Carpenters. If you are looking for an opportunity to advance with a growing company and enjoy seeing the beauty of craftsmanship come to life, this is the company for you.

• Minimum 3-4+ years finish carpentry experience in both residential and/or commercial new construction
• Experience independently installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles
• Candidate must have a good work history
• Dependable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Motivated and reliable
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical/work performance test (this is a safety-sensitive position)

• Complete all the interior finishing for both residential and commercial projects
• Install the following:
  • Cabinets
  • Vanities
  • Stair rails
  • Base
  • Casing
  • Crown moulding
  • Hardware
  • Window trim
  • Doors and door trim
• Other duties as assigned

• 40-50 hours per week starting at the jobsite at 6am
• Monday-Friday, overtime as needed

• $26-$30/hr. (determined by experience)
