Trinity Property Consultants in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service multifamily properties and independently handle multiple trades. The role offers $25–$26 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m., and opportunities to perform service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns. You will diagnose HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues, conduct inspections, and participate in safety training.
