General Laborer - Property Maintenance & Renovation

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking general laborer to join our team full time. This is a hands-on position with varied projects at properties throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul.

The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, is willing to try new things, and brings a positive attitude to each job.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing flooring and helping with renovation projects.
• Performing demolition and removing debris.
• Completing outdoor work, grounds cleanup, and seasonal tasks.
• Moving materials, hauling items, and keeping work areas clean.
• Assisting with general repairs and property maintenance.
• Taking on other tasks as needed, with appropriate training and direction.

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn new skills and tackle a variety of projects.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• A strong work ethic and attention to safety.
• Flooring, construction, demolition, or maintenance experience is a plus.
