Field Worker

IQ Resource Group is seeking a Field Worker/Lead to join a growing company in Ramsey, MN!
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour + monthly performance bonuses upon Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with on-call rotation (Availability)
Location: Ramsey, Minnesota

Job Overview:This position could have potential to lead a small crew while responding to fire damage and property restoration projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, comfortable working in difficult conditions, and able to take ownership of projects and equipment.

Experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred, but is willing to train the right person. A strong work ethic and leadership mindset are key.

• Lead a crew of 2-4 team members and ensure everyone arrives at job sites on time and prepared to work
• Keep projects on schedule and completed within established timelines
• Respond to fire loss calls and help secure damaged properties
• Board up windows, tarp roofs, and install temporary fencing
• Winterize properties that have lost power or heat
• Perform fire damage demolition, property preservation, and odor control
• Maintain assigned vehicles so they are clean, stocked, and properly maintained
• Manage DOT logs for assigned vehicles
• Maintain and manage tools and supplies to prevent loss, theft, or unnecessary damage
• Promote a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and quality work

• Previous construction, restoration, or related experience preferred
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical, hands-on work
• Dependable and reliable with strong attendance
• Able to work in difficult and changing conditions
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
