Salary Range: $62,000 – 65,000
Job Type: Full-time/Onsite
Work Schedule:
Typically Monday – Friday, with flexibility to work during the day, evening, and occasionally on weekends.

Youth Link is a recognized leader in the Twin Cities and beyond for our work to build pathways of opportunity for homeless youth and youth in crisis ages 16–24. Our model is based on providing support through outreach, handling basic needs, intervention, and aftercare. Our youth-focused team provides innovative, evidence-based services that guide youth on a holistic level toward futures of education, employment, health and wellness, housing stability and aftercare.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Housing Program Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of our Downtown View program and help advance our mission with the residents at the Downtown View Apartments. You will ensure inclusive, responsive, meaningful, and productive activities and case management services that are well‑organized, integrated, and provided to young people.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct regular 1x1 meetings, team meetings, and annual performance reviews.
- Monitor and coordinate individual employee schedules, ensuring accurate timekeeping.
- Oversee employee development efforts, training/onboarding.
- Take disciplinary action as necessary.
- Support residents' housing and case management needs.

Requirements- 3 years of supervisory experience in direct services environment serving young adults.
- 3 years of experience working with individuals in a housing environment.
- 3 years of case management.
- 2 years working in and managing Client Track formally HMIS systems.
- 2 years of experience working with young people experiencing homelessness.
- Hours worked are typically Monday – Friday, 8:30-5 with flexibility to work some evenings.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the company’s Vehicle Use policy.
- Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and utilize handheld applications and other electronic recording systems.
- Knowledge of housing laws, regulations, and policies.
- Knowledge of community resources and services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, able to cast a vision and motivate team members toward shared goals.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
- Ability to travel within the community, as needed.
- Ability to maintain and balance a budget, including multiple streams of funding.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to work with and maintain confidential, sensitive information.
- Consistent ability to perform and contribute positively in a diverse, collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow up, ability to prioritize many tasks, results oriented.
- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively both individually and as part of a professional team.
- Strong coordination, scheduling, and follow‑through skills and abilities.
- Basic understanding of computer and database systems for managing case records.
- Demonstrated knowledge, from a cultural perspective, of the role that race plays in youth homelessness.
