Temp Social Work is currently hiring Licensed Social Workers (LSW or higher) to join our team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year! We are partnering with multiple school districts across the Minneapolis–St. Paul area and surrounding suburbs to fill several school-based social work roles.

Who We’re Looking For:

Active or pending PELSB licensure in Minnesota

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program (Master’s welcome!)

Valid Minnesota Social Work license (LSW, LGSW, LISW, or LICSW)

Previous experience working as a school social worker is strongly preferred

About the Role:
As a School Social Worker, you'll support students, families, and school staff in fostering a positive learning environment. You’ll help address barriers to learning, provide direct support services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignments vary depending on the school, but all roles are focused on student wellness, equity, and social-emotional success.
