We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – AI Solutions to design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable software systems that integrate cutting‑edge AI, machine learning, and data‑driven capabilities into our core products and platforms.

• Architect, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable software solutions, emphasizing performance, security, and long‑term sustainability.
• Integrate AI and ML models into system workflows, ensuring model accuracy, fairness, and ethical use.
• Lead deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications, including AI components and analytics pipelines.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, analytics, data science, external vendors) to deliver strategic solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI planning, and knowledge sharing around emerging technologies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, including oversight of contractors and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of all components.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and security issues across the software stack and data pipelines.
• Continuously optimize system architecture and deployment pipelines, refining AI/ML models.
• Provide strategic guidance on architecture, secure coding, compliance, and responsible adoption of AI and emerging tech.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable systems.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API design.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, NodeJS) and strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of SQL/No
  
  SQL databases, data pipelines, and AI/ML model lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solid experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks and strong project management skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving, debugging, and performance‑tuning abilities.

Less than 10% travel required.

Pay Transparency:
Minimum Pay: $140,000 – Maximum Pay: $210,000
