• At least 3 years of project experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Salesforce Health Cloud – experience with Person Accounts, Care Plans.
• Salesforce Code – deep expertise writing Apex, integrating with Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Integrations – deep experience writing REST‑based integrations.
• Salesforce Flow – ability to describe complex flows you created.
• Communication – explain complex SF concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and technical non‑SF staff.
• Agile – estimate work in Agile, familiarity with standard ceremonies, SAFe.
• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Platform Developer 1.
• Experience Cloud development.
• Highly motivated self‑starter; can work independently and as part of a high‑performance team.
• Willing to handle basic requirements analysis, testing activities, documentation.
• Experience with 3rd‑party middleware integrations (Mule Soft, etc.).

• During interviews, candidates must provide real examples from customer‑facing projects.
• Candidates who do not provide specific project examples will not be considered.
