Front End Developer III

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our Retail Media Network team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications that support the creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver intuitive and high-performing user experiences for advertisers and internal teams.

• Design and develop responsive front-end applications for retail media campaign management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate with external ad tech partners (e.g., Criteo) and monitor campaign performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to team discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Expert-level proficiency in React and Redux.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to understand project and company context.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Experience with state management using Redux.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams and cross-functional environments.
