We are seeking an experienced React Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and modern front-end technologies, with a strong focus on architecture, best practices, and team collaboration.

Base Pay Range

$/yr - $/yr (Minneapolis, MN)

Responsibilities
  • Architect and design complex, scalable React-based applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, create prototypes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive technical decisions, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to SOLID principles and best practices.
  • Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development across teams.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure robust security implementations.
  • Mentor and guide development teams on React, Type Script, and modern front-end patterns.
  • Integrate front-end solutions with backend services and APIs.
  • Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years in React architecture/design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Type Script, and SPA development.
  • Expertise in state management (Redux or similar), React Router, and component-driven architecture.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
  • Experience with Webpack, NPM, and modern build tools.
  • Hands‑on experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Selenium).
  • Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of micro‑frontend architecture and token‑based security solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred, but not required
  • Experience in Agile environments and cross‑functional team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
