Job SummaryThe Developer/Programmer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining computer programs and applications. This includes everything from system-level software to the latest mobile applications. The role requires analyzing business needs and designing systems to meet those needs. Responsibilities also include documenting tasks to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs.
- Create step-by-step flowcharts and algorithms for software development.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
- Document processes, code structures, and system architecture for future reference.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest programming trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of database management systems and SQL.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certification in software development or programming languages.
