Our Salesforce service offerings are enhancements, custom code integrations, implementations, and transitions from Classic to Lightning that produce results to accelerate sales.

• Program, test, and debug features on company projects as assigned; projects will focus on programming  custom components.
• Conduct in-depth requirement analysis that translates into technical specifications.
• Design, code, test, and document technical solutions.
• Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization strategies.
• Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors.
• Mentor junior consultants, ensuring their professional growth and development.

• 3 - 5 years of object‑oriented programming language experience (such as Java, C#, etc.)
• 1‑2 years of experience of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Database manipulation with a strong understanding of SQL.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Hands‑on Salesforce experience in a professional environment
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
• Ability to problem solve, work under pressure, and effectively manage stress.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
