We are seeking an experienced full‑stack developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft stack, strong SQL skills, and a proven ability to design and implement scalable system architectures. This role will influence technical direction and mentor junior engineers.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using C#, .NET Core/Framework, and ASP.NET.
• Architect and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and migration strategies.
• Define and implement scalable, secure architectures such as microservices, event‑driven systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Partner with product managers, QA, and stakeholders; mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies, with a focus on Azure environments.

• Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET, and Web API.
• Advanced experience with SQL Server and relational databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns such as Repository and Dependency Injection.

• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
