You’ll join an expanding team of Software Engineers in our Experience Practice that focuses on front-end technologies while contributing to data and backend solutions as part of a cross-functional team. Our developers work with React, React Native, Kotlin, PHP, Typescript, MySQL, Postgre

SQL, Elasticsearch, REST APIs, and AWS services (EC2, SQS, S3, Lambda), among others. The engineering team partners closely with product and executives to impact Kipsu’s business daily.

• Learn and specialize in our Front-End tech stack – representing the Experience practice within a cross-functional team
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software across a range of tech stacks in a SaaS environment
• Use design patterns and a mix of object-oriented and functional programming techniques to solve complex business problems
• Participate daily on an agile software development delivery team
• Use source code management and devops tools and practices in day-to-day engineering work
• Participate in peer reviews, pair programming, workshops, and learn best-in-class development practices
• Join the Experience practice – a team dedicated to designing, building, and supporting world-class front-ends and user experiences across screens and devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues while minimizing downtime for customers
• Ask thoughtful questions to analysts and business stakeholders to better solve problems
• Occasionally attend external customer meetings to design and troubleshoot technical solutions
• Improve modules, libraries, and services and help others learn from them
• Proactively document and share knowledge to enable learning and improvement

• 0-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Passion for designing, building, delivering, and supporting world-class software
• Interest in specializing in Front-End tech stacks

The salary range for this role is $55,000- $70,000/yr.
