Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated React Developer with experience building AI-powered chatbot applications and leveraging Git Hub Copilot to accelerate software development. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend engineering expertise, hands‑on experience integrating conversational AI solutions, and a passion for modern AI‑assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/Type Script.
Build and enhance AI-powered chatbot and conversational interfaces.
Integrate chatbot solutions with backend APIs, AI services, and enterprise platforms.
Utilize Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, architects, and backend developers.
Develop reusable UI components and implement best practices for accessibility and performance.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, QA, and production environments.

Required Skills

5-10 years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in:

React.js
JavaScript (ES6+) / Type Script
HTML5 / CSS3
Redux / Redux Toolkit

Experience building chatbot or conversational AI applications.
Experience integrating REST APIs and microservices.
Hands‑on experience using Git Hub Copilot for AI‑assisted software development.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude, or other LLM platforms.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and chatbot design patterns.
Experience with Node.js, Java, or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or Agentic AI concepts.
Experience working in Banking or Financial Services domains.

Nice To Have

Git Hub Copilot Certification.
Experience developing AI copilots, virtual assistants, or customer support bots.
Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and Module Federation.
