Minneapolis, Minnesota Hybrid Direct  Hire $180k - $220kAn established software company serving the financial services industry is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple product engineering teams in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) focused on modern SaaS platform development, distributed systems, .NET microservices, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
This position offers the opportunity to influence a large-scale platform transformation while leading teams responsible for customer communications, workflow automation, and content management solutions.
