- The File Maker Database Developer will design, build, and manage relational database structures and workflows using the Claris File Maker Platform.
- This role maintains, enhances, and troubleshoots existing database solutions to ensure consistent performance and accuracy as well as build and maintain API integrations to connect File Maker/Claris with third-party systems and services
- The File Maker Database Developer is responsible for carefully reviewing, auditing, and validating data with a high degree of attention to detail to ensure database integrity at all times.
- This role is entrusted to maintain clean, well-organized, and meticulously documented data and code, adhering to database management best practices.
- In addition, the Developer must stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices, including advances in AI and API-based integrations
- This opportunity will work onsite with the team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- As one of the "Twin Cities" with the neighboring state capital of St. Paul, Minneapolis is bordered by the Mississippi River and well-known for its parks and lakes.
- Minneapolis is also home to many cultural landmarks, museums, gardens and of course, sports!
- 2+ years of experience in Database Management, Design, and Programming including File Maker
- Proficiency with API integrations and usage, including connecting systems such as File Maker/Claris to third-party and AI-powered services (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or similar APIs)
- Experience maintaining data integrity and accuracy across large relational databases, with a meticulous, detail-focused approach
- Familiarity to or hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
