Job Summary

The Facility Supervisor staff helps oversee facility operations, coordinates facility changeovers, and assists customers and user groups while interacting across a variety of departments.

Assignment: NSC Facilities

Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager - Facilities & Events

• Manages day-to-day operations of facilities and events
• Assists with event set-up and tear-down
• Hands-on operational support
• Coordinates facility changeovers and user group requests
• Oversees Facility Attendants
• Communicates facility needs through appropriate channels
• Ensures safety by maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities
• Other duties as assigned
• Anticipate working within a dynamic and physically demanding environment characterized by rapid pace
• May involve lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent outdoor shifts, and exposure to sizable crowds during events
• Requires extensive collaboration among team members where employees will work collectively to fulfill job duties and responsibilities

• Must be 16 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Highly flexible to a changing and dynamic work environment
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting
