Drivers are guaranteed to be home every week for a 34-hour reset, with efforts made by our driver managers to ensure weekends nings average around $1,300 weekly, varying based on experience. Our fleet primarily consists of dry van trailers handling no-touch freight, with the majority of loads being drop and hook.

Operating mainly in the Midwest region, we offer a full range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401K and profit-sharing plan. Additionally, we provide life and disability insurance, as well as vacation pay.

When it comes to selecting your truck, drivers have the choice of Freightliners, Volvos, or Peterbilts.

All drivers on this fleet get home every week for a minimum of a 34 hour reset. Most drivers are able to get home time on the weekend but it is not guaranteed.

Drivers will earn CPM (based on experience) or 26% of the load, whichever one pays more.

Drivers have the option to pick out which truck they want. All trucks are  and are equipped with APU's and inverters. Drivers are able to drive a Volvo, Freightliner or Peterbilt.

All trailers will be dry van trailers. Majority of the loads will be drop and hook so drivers are able to maximize mileage during the week.

Drivers will cover the Midwest region

We allow one pet in the truck with you. There is no breed and weight restriction. Cats are allowed in the truck.

. If you qualify, we'll run the necessary reports and get you scheduled for orientation quickly.
