Job Description

Snow Plow & Salt Truck Driver

New Leaf Property Management

Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Like Big Trucks, Snow, and Making Money? We Should Talk.

New Leaf Property Management is looking for dependable snow plow and salt truck drivers to join our winter crew!

When Minnesota decides to dump a foot of snow on us at 2 AM, we need people who are ready to fire up the truck, crank up the heat, and get to work.

We're looking for people who know their way around a plow truck, take pride in doing a good job, and can handle a little Minnesota winter weather without complaining too much.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating snow plow and/or salt trucks to keep commercial properties clear and safe.
• Following assigned routes and making sure the job gets done right.
• Taking care of your truck and equipment. Treat it like it's yours (unless you're really hard on your own stuff).
• Keeping an eye out for obstacles, vehicles, curbs, and other things that don't appreciate being hit by a plow.
• Working with the rest of the crew to get properties cleared efficiently.
• Showing up when the snow flies, even if the rest of the world is still sleeping.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating snow plows or salt trucks is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Someone dependable who actually shows up when they say they will.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings when Mother Nature calls.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to recognize when something isn't working right.
• Someone who works safely, communicates well, and gets along with the crew.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in when needed.

What's In It for You?

• $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Good equipment to get the job done.
• A straightforward, hardworking team that likes to have a little fun.
• No unnecessary corporate nonsense. Just good people doing good work.
• The satisfaction of getting things cleaned up while everyone else is hiding under their blankets.

Sound Like Your Kind of Gig?

If you're an experienced plow driver who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and doesn't mind a few late nights chasing snowstorms, we'd like to meet you.
