Impact is seeking a Fulfillment Pick-Pack Helper in Minneapolis to support our fulfillment team. You will read packing slips, follow SOPs, and ensure quality and accuracy for each order while supervising temporary staff as needed.
The position is hourly, non-exempt, with shifts from 7 am to 3:30 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. A high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience are required, with potential overtime and growth opportunities.
