Associate Veterinarian – Minneola, Florida
A well-established small animal hospital in Minneola, Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who values strong client relationships, effective teamwork, and a commitment to exceptional veterinary medicine.
ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for canine and feline patients.
Perform thorough physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care recommendations.
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient outcomes.
Interpret diagnostic results, including laboratory tests, radiographs, and other imaging.
Maintain accurate, timely medical records in accordance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and team development initiatives.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and client-focused hospital culture.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible Florida veterinary license.
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills; comfort with routine procedures required.
Excellent communication and client-service abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-doctor team.
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and professional ethics.
