Associate Veterinarian – Minneola, Florida

A well-established small animal hospital in Minneola, Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who values strong client relationships, effective teamwork, and a commitment to exceptional veterinary medicine.

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for canine and feline patients.

• Perform thorough physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care recommendations.

• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient outcomes.

• Interpret diagnostic results, including laboratory tests, radiographs, and other imaging.

• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in accordance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and team development initiatives.

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and client-focused hospital culture.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution.

• Active or eligible Florida veterinary license.

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills; comfort with routine procedures required.

• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-doctor team.

• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and professional ethics.
