The City of Delano is seeking applications for a part-time Accounting Clerk. Under the supervision of the Finance Director, this position is responsible for performing a variety of technical accounting duties, including processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing claims reports, submitting financial reports to state and local entities, and managing daily deposits. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial recordkeeping, and the ability to work independently.

Qualified applicants must have a high attention to detail, be organized, and work with efficiency and courtesy. The 2025 starting wage is $24.39 per hour. This position will remain open until filled, with priority given to applications received on or before November 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
