Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.
  • Ability to communicate professionally by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Experience using computers, email, calendars, office software, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry, maintain records, and prepare routine business documents.
  • Dependable attendance, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, clerical, office support, receptionist, data entry, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling systems, CRM software, or other business applications is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of document preparation, recordkeeping, scheduling, correspondence, or general office procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, organization, communication skills, and initiative are well positioned for success as a Office Administrator.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate professionally by telephone, email, video conferencing, and in person.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move office materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity and attention to detail throughout the workday.
