) has helped campers grow in confidence, character, and community in the lakes and woods of North-Central Minnesota. We’re looking for a year-round Assistant Director of Operations & Staffing to help lead our mission forward.

In this role, you will:

• Recruit, onboard, and inspire the seasonal team that makes camp unforgettable
• Keep camp operations running smoothly (training, logistics, supplies, vehicles)
• Uphold traditions, positivity, and safety while building a community staff return to year after year
• Support year-round efforts in marketing, planning, purchasing, and scheduling

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2–3 years of equivalent experience
• Residential summer camp leadership experience (strongly preferred)
• Recruiting/HR background a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Tech-friendly (Excel proficiency preferred; Camp Minder/ADP a plus)
• Passion for youth development + love of the outdoors
