Product Support and Logistics Coordinator
Summary
:
This is a unique role that combines Customer Service/Sales (80%) and shipping and receiving duties (20%) and with a focus on product support and logistics coordination. The position plays a key part in both warehouse operations and front-end customer engagement, including order fulfillment, product knowledge, sales support, and logistics coordination.
- Interact with suppliers, vendors, engineering, sales, and service/repairs staff.
- Order management which includes: processing, expediting, receiving and shipping orders using Epicor P21 ERP.
- Responsible for communicating with teams to address issues impacting shipping, sales, freight claims, profits and customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Work closely with the outside sales team in establishing appointments.
- Following up with leads and existing customers to upsell or cross-sell.
- Responsible for product verification and receiving product, inventory control through cycle counts and supporting of returned goods (RMA) within the warehouse.
- Receive, sort, and manage incoming and outbound deliveries including support to UPS Shipping/LTL Shipping coordination with customers.
- Boxing, banding, and palletizing and creating protection products to prepare for shipment.
- Ability to work with small hand tools with mechanical capability.
Loading and unloading trucks using forklift. - Help maintain a clean and safe shop.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proactive learner with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Effective communicator across technical and cross-functional teams.
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving ability, with a preference for roles that offer variety.
- Mechanical aptitude and curious hands-on approach to understanding systems and components.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Customer service and/or warehousing experience in the industrial equipment industry.
- Familiarity with pumps, hoses, and filtration products.
- Experience with Industrial Distribution.
- Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk most of the day.
- Ability to twist and turn up to 25% of day.
- Stoop and bend up to 25% of day.
- Ability to reach above shoulders up to 25% of day.
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements up to 50% of the day.
- Forearm rotation up to 25% of the day.
