• Project Work:
  Assist in the completion of specific projects based on skill set and interest. Projects may include software development, data analysis, marketing campaigns, product research, and more.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with team members and mentors to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Research and Analysis:
  Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Documentation:
  Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required for project completion and stakeholder communication.
• Learning and Development:
  Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Feedback and Evaluation:
  Receive regular feedback from mentors and supervisors to support personal and professional growth.

• Education:
  
  Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a college or university program related to relevant fields of Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture.
• Skills:
  
  Strong analytical, AI experience, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., programming languages, marketing platforms, data analysis tools) is a plus.
• Work Ethic:
  Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
