This is a full-time, on-site role for a Childcare Provider, located in Pipestone, MN, the provider will lease a newly remodeled facility for a reduced rate and operate as their own business. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of children, planning and organizing age-appropriate activities, and fostering a positive and nurturing environment. Additional responsibilities include managing daily routines, assisting with meals and hygiene, and maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians regarding the children’s progress and well-being.

• Experience in Babysitting and providing Childcare services
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Development principles and practices
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, including communication and relationship-building with children and parents
• Ability to conduct Research on age-appropriate activities and child development trends
• Patience, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for working with children
• Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional early childhood education or certifications are preferred
