DIVE INTO YOUR DAY

This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

As our Strategic Planning Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued. You'll handle incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, gathering essential customer information and booking service calls. You will also coordinate with field personnel, ensuring schedules are managed efficiently. When customers have concerns, you'll be the problem solver who provides reassurance and solutions.

Beyond answering calls, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the company, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your role is essential to delivering the outstanding service that Approve Home Services is known for, and every interaction you have makes a meaningful impact!
