Customer Service Representative

Location: Minneapolis

Description We are looking for an attentive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Blaine, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and excellent service are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to a variety of customer inquiries regarding transactions, products, and services.

- Resolve disputes and address complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure timely delivery and service.

- Act as a liaison for technical support, providing basic assistance and guidance on products and services.

- Verify and clarify order details, pricing, and shipping methods to ensure accuracy.

- Maintain and organize documentation to support customer transactions and communications.

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage daily tasks effectively.

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

- Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.

- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, offering solutions to customers as needed. Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

- Skilled in data entry and order processing with high attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to address technical issues.

- Capability to schedule appointments and manage time efficiently.
