Licensed Dental Hygienist

Join a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Hawley, MN, dedicated to improving access to quality oral healthcare. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Dental Hygienist (LDH) to provide patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education in the community.

  No evenings or weekends! Full time 4-5 days/wk preferred, part-time as needed.

• Up to $55,000 for full-time
• Up to $30,000 for part-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planning
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Collaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing
• Current CPR (BLS) certification

$39 - $45 an hour
