Are you looking for an opportunity to help others improve their oral health? As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

We are seeking an experieced Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

• A compensation package, starting at $28-$30 per/hour based on experience including 401K and a match

• Monday 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Tuesday 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Wednesday 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday OFF

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Process and complete claim forms.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

• Experience working in similar roles
• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or Mac Practice
• Strong knowledge of Dental operations
• Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
