Sanford Clinic Windom, MN is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician.
OB is optional.
The practice offers a good variety, from adult chronic medical conditions to care for young couples starting families.
Nights & weekends are supported by telehospitalists.
Phone call coverage involves 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month.
Nursing home responsibilities are shared with other physicians.
Current hospital services include Cardiac Rehab, Chemotherapy and Diabetic Services, ER imaging with ultrasound and 128-slice CT, PAX system, ER telemetry, IV Infusion, Lab, OT, Speech & Language Rehab/Therapy, and a dietitian on staff. The ER is a level 4 facility.
Outreach services provided at the hospital include Allergy & Asthma/Immunology, Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology, and Venous Disease Laser Treatment.
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with additional benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time off, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
The annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE) is $255,568 to $330,735, with the potential to exceed this through personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual offers depend on education, training, experience, scope of practice, and job requirements.
